Why a subscription and not ads
An app that holds what you wrote about your wife has no business selling attention. Advertising would mean an SDK in the app with an interest in your behaviour, which contradicts the one promise the product is built on. So there are none, and there will not be.
The other half of that trade is that we have to be worth paying for. Hence one month, not a week.

What happens to my notes if I stop paying?
They stay on your device. They are yours, they were never on our server in readable form, and Settings → Export backup gives you the whole lot in one file whenever you want it.
Does my partner need to pay too?
No. Your partner does not install Wasl at all, so there is nothing for them to pay for.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes, any time during the one month, from your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Nothing is charged.
Which plan should I pick?
Annual, if you already know you want it — it is 64% cheaper than paying by the month. The three-month plan is the honest middle if you would rather not commit a year to something you have used for a month.
Can I stack the follower offer on the trial?
No — the two free months replace the one month trial rather than adding to it. Either way you get a real stretch of time before paying anything.
